For an annual subscription School staff can call or email a dedicated advocate and receive responses on issues concerning SEN processes, Law and practice, Exclusions and Disability Discrimination within 3 working days.



The Advocacy and Mediation Partnership can offer accredited mediators to resolve disputes between parents and the school or between pupils at the school.


Annual Review Service


Reduce the paperwork load on your already overworked SENCO and ensure that parents fully participate in the Annual Review process.

The Advocacy and Mediation Service offers a streamlined AR service to mainstream and special schools, The Partnership will collate and distribute all documentation within the Statutory timescales and arrange for an advocate to liaise with the parents prior to the meeting and  support them in the Annual Review meeting . The Partnership will then ensure that all documentation is returned to the LA within the required time period.


Paperwork Support


The Advocacy and Mediation Partnership can advise schools on paperwork concerning Special Educational Needs and Exclusions.
